I transfered to the secondary after a vigorus ferment. Now that its been there for a week and I
can see tiny white circles on the surface. Is it mold or small islands of bubbles?Freeking

1.080 and FG was 1.014 (or close, hard to remember and i didn't record anything, oops..). Now
