Just tasted after 4 weeks in primary. Hydrometer reads 1.016 for second consecutive week so I
will bottle in the next couple days. OG was 1.06. Tastes a little 'hot' on the finish. Was

reason except the experience. This is my first run. Bottling went fine. Carbonation seems to be
    great.

The problem is after the initial taste there is little or no finish after the swallow. Even Bud
Light has a finish. Just trying to figure out why. This one noses and tastes fine and goes away
    quickly.

Newbie. First home brew, a Sierra Nevada pale ale clone. Bottled 3 wks ago. Primary for 2.5
wks, secondary for 2 wks. Throughout process everything went as planned. OG 1.046, FG 1.010.
