Yeah, I think I'll let it sit for another couple of weeks before trying again. This was my
first foray in homebrew for a couple of years and I forgot to keep an eye on fermentation

Halp! I made this here beer here: ended up steeping my specialty grains too long and I think

no your fine. There is a lot of evidence to suggest you "SHOULD" pitch correctly. However when
I first started brewing I was always under-pitching...and my higher OG beers always attenuated
