Yea I used LaTeX in my senior thesis for college as well. Its been a while for me too haha. Yea

Are you building the PDF with LaTeX? It would be cool if you could add that LaTeX documentation

Isn't "free rise" the same as "without a heater"? Sent from my iPhone using Home BrewYea true.

I'd just set it to 70 and not plug in the heater in that case.You are right that would work as
long as the chest freezer would reach 70 without a heater.

One feature that would be kind of cool is a "free rise" sometimes when fermenting a beer I want
to have the temperature at maybe 65 degrees and then let it free rise from fermentation to 70
