To be honest I don't think Tank 7 is all that funky ...just ferment normal ...and concentrate
on the aggressive Amarillo hoppingHuh...I've always attributed the citrusy/spicy flavor of T7
to the yeast...

Iodophor is a sanitizer, isn't it? At least, this is what I use it for. What worries me is the
gunk that may form on the inside of the sanke kegs, because I can't reach inside to remove it
by hand, so...
