- I am half Norweigian and half Ukranian. Polish food is way better!! But Norwegian beer is better!! I am an Engineer (Mechanical) at an aerospace company... Previously worked for 20 yrs in the automotive and power-sports industry as a mechanical engineer.

Did 6g of mixed black berry and 3g of blueberry. Still yet to make are a 6g strawberry and a 5g

Made a 6g batch of the mixed berry wine after successfully doing a 3g batch. Made the mixed
berry back in January and it is tasting soooo good,. Just tonight, I tried some with a square

I would not add water. I have not been brewing long, but I would not add water. I would bottle
