The starting gravity was 1.050 and the reading after fermentation stopped was 1.030, soo, ends
up being about 2.9% or so.Does that change anything?Well either way, I put everything back in

Thanks for the advice! I think I am going to use all of the bourbon in the secondary and
discard the used beans and chips. I'll let you all know how it turns out!So I'm in the process
