I have a wiring diagram from when I took mine apart, but it's a different model. What are you
planning to replace with? If it were mine, I'd just cut the thermostat out, connect the wires
    and plug it ...

Yeah, if you can't hire movers, at the very least rent a dolly. At the VERY least.

  • Posted in thread: One problem with collars on 06-25-2015 at 07:20 PM
I assumed I'd have to build a new collar whenever my keezer dies. Collars are better than
coffin keezers in that you'll have more space + the ability to return the freezer to stock. I
    imagine for most...

It's not that much work to mount a collar on. I'd go for it and if it breaks, whatever... a
couple 2x4s down the drain. Although a ferm chamber that size would be sweet.A couple 2x4s is
    nothing but yo...

Are you looking for champagne foil capsules?

  • Posted in thread: Able to move keg posts with hand? on 06-19-2015 at 03:36 PM
Most of the time I can hand tighten my keg posts (cornelius and spartan mix) and they seem to
seal just fine. Sometimes if I'm not careful, if I rotate the QD when it's attached it will
    loosen up the ...

That's the path I was going down too. I couldn't use enough beans to get the flavor I was
looking for and thats why I went with flavoring and extract. I am actually thinking of getting
    a big bag of Bo...

Water doesn't pull out vanilla flavor from the bean very well, even if you boil it. If you want
a customized vanilla bean flavor, soak them in alcohol to make your own vanilla extract. They
    go a lot f...
