    I've used office type rubber cement before, rubs off pretty easy. Just apply a border around
    the edges of the back of your label, let it dry for a few seconds, slap it on the (dry) bottle.

    I always get a cleaner taste if I use a yeast nutrient, though I've only ever used Red Star
    Pasteur Champagne and Premier Cuvee.
