Just curious,My 7 year old enjoys watching me brew and of course it is good bonding time and
quite frankly, her taste buds are better when it comes to grain/hops etc. I certainly don't let

Wouldnt you want to carb load as well as a good bit of casein for a pre-run meal? I realize the
protein is just taking up more room the carbs could fill but your body burns the carbs quickly

Bodo's German Restaurant & Pub It has been about 8 years since I have been there but that place
has some great german food and beer. It is off 8th ave if I recall.

No, of course not! If you like those "estery" flavors then it will be fine.I don't, not in any
beers but English ales where the esters are part of the flavor profile. S04 just doesn't taste
good to me...

As the above poster suggested, it may also be in your benefit to just cut out some cardboard
with the base dimensions and take it to your local lowes/homedepot etc.

Keep a spray bottle of starsan handy, you will never know what you might forget or need to
sanitize. Put some water bottles in the freezer to add during your crash cool but make sure
they are sanitize...
