    ive never had one explode, but maybe you are putting too much sugar in, or it hasnt finished
    brewing yet?just a thought

    hey, how long should you leave finnings in b4 kegging :drunk: , i find they come out in the
    keg, and taste grose, and you can see them, little clear things...

    mate im only a amateur too, but ive had plenty of advice...get a hydrometer!!! that is number
    1, your homebrew shop will have them, they aren't expensive. what ive found is wait 5 days,
    pour a sample ...

    Hi new to the brew game...I got advice that adding a extra 200grams of sugar will lift the
    alcohol level to about 7% is this true?And if so, should my hydrometer sink more? past the
