These seem to have been made in various sizes for fermenting Kimchee in Asian markets.NB seems
to have modified the lids to make fermenting beer a bit easier.Similar maybe. My roommate works

I run my burners right on the wood stand and my roommate does the same. It barely gets warm.
And that's to heat 20 gal batches. Non-issue.

I've given up on PBW for anything other than a washtub I keep for soaking bottles, growlers,
etc. Plate chiller, kegs, conical, etc all cleaned with sodium hydroxide. Cheaper than PBW and
cleans 100X ...
