Does anybody here have/use their mash tun as a combo HLT/Mash tun. Thinking about doing this
and just wondered if this was a bad idea since heating up the initial strike water might melt

honey is going to ferment out completely leaving your beer thinner. If you want some honey
flavor i would use some honey malt as a steeping grain.
