  • i am new to the hobby. i just had an interest in doing so because i love to try all different beers from all over especially from micro breweries. i have prolly the average set up including the second fermentation (carboy) but all the rest basic. i just started my first batch of milk stout.

    Yea last night when I got home from work I saw a bunch of co2 bubbles so now I can feel better
    it took two and a half days. By now I'm more relaxed. Thanks again

    Machineshopbrewing I pitched a sachet of yeast, yes I added oxygen right after I pitched the
    yeast. I am fermenting at 62 degrees and the OG was 1.056

    I am wondering when is the best time to add fruit? Is using real fruit better than using an
