Their are wines that have been made with jellies that have had good results. As stated before
just watch the pectins. Probably wanna add it to secondary.Good luck.

UPDATE:This was a huge hit at the party. Pours awesome with thick creamy head that laces well.
As others had said though, the head dissipates quickly. A 1/2# of flaked barley would take care
