  the yeast I got was quite clean. I believe it was laid on it's side and separated a bit, but it
  was all useable. I was able to split into several starters....and yes, these guys rock!

  I'm in agreement. I love my hops, but when it comes to IPAs, I tend to shy away from the
  lighter, clean finish IPAs and lean more towards something with some malt backbone.
