    Thanks. It not vacuum seals but somewhat sealed in the bags from BMW so I'm sure it's fine.

    Yes that's plenty of yeast. In fact that's a lot more than I've put in. Shake them before you
    freeze just to be sure the glycerin is well mixed in.
