Where did you get those gallon jugs? I love the double loop rings.They are just standard 5l
demijon to be had from any brew shop. What kinda jars do you have?

Brewed two gallons of mead just after I left my wife. Because I had up sticks and left I didn't
have every thing. But I did have 1.3 kg of Tanzanian leatherwood honey and 1.3kg of dark Greek

Racked a gallon of 6 month old mead on to 800g of cooked brambles and another gallon onto 50g
of dried elder flowers.

All 3 are being hit with finings. Greek honey, tazmanian leather wood honey both 2 yearsold and

How big batch size was this? Just made my first kiwi mead myself, used about 2.5 pounds kiwis

Its not the clearest but it has come into its own. Took a long time for the cherry to meow out
but it is now very drinkable. Time has helped in every way.

Just to fill in this batch has recently been bottled and I think the 6kg of berries was too
much. Far too mutch tannin and stomach upset. This batch is being used in sauces for steak.
