Every time I used Citra or SImcoe in an IPA there was an unidentifiable off-flavor I would get.

So the beer tastes great, but only fermented down to 1.035; should have been closer to 1.025. I

Going to be an interesting recipe if you win. Make beer, minimash oats w/2-row, rack together
