  • Got into home brewing because I love good beer.
    Currently using a True Brew kit bought from my LHBS, Thinking about cutting a 25 gal. sanke keg I have in half and converting it to an outdoor boil pot.
    As a novice brewer I've only done 2 batches so far, the first being a porter and the second an oktoberfest.
  • I love the dark beers, I'd love to do a lager someday.

    They can take a lot...they push polymer clay through them for years without problems and that
    stuff, even conditioned, is pretty "chewey." That's why we've adopted them.Grain is harder, but
