I pitched one vial of yeast. I didn't know that you might need more when lagering. The recipe
is from the book "The Complete Joy of Homebrewing" and says to expect a final gravity of 1.004

I spend most of my summers surfing and fishing. I hate the winter and spend it mostly drinking
beer. Love snorkeling and SCUBA diving when I can get somewhere the water is clear and warm.

I have a pumpkin pie ale in the primary now. I did not use any actual pumpkin for the recipe,
just some spices in addition to the ususal ingredients. Probably about time to transfer it to
