I have no idea. This was the 4th batch of beer I brewed and I just thought I'd remove the hops.
Not sure if it makes a difference.

I haven't seen this yet, but I've tried Pliny the Elder. Awesome beer. Seems to me though, that

Great point. Shame on me for not thinking of my wife's preference first! I think she would like
a Saison, but I don't know if that does well over 9 months. A Saison would be nice to drink in
