It's going to take extra time at that temp. I'm assuming you're close to terminal gravity. If
so (check) start bumping up the temp slow over a few days until you hit 65.

It depends on how cold your water is, if you're using gravity or a pump, and finally what temp
you're trying to achieve. If your water is too cold for what your aiming for you can slow it

So my fermentation has stopped at 1.016 consistent for 3 days. Its higher than I expected and
with the og at 1.052 it will be a low abv porter. I love the color and the flavor is great

I haven't done so myself, but I think it makes a great base recipe to add another flavor
component to. I have been planning to do a batch with coffee sometime in the near future.

It happens with wheat beers, particularly because of the yeast strain. No need to worry. It
should dissipate soon enough.

Rochester doesn't have much for attractions, but you can't go wrong walking around park ave.

Yes, you can just extend the probes with cable from Home Depot. Remember that the wires from
all of your probes need to be wired together at some point in your setup anyway, so you could
just hook up ...
