I just had a thought! I'm using flip top bottles instead of bottle caps. Should I just wait
until one explodes, then flip the tops to vent the rest? Would that be enough to save the beer?

The page on uinta lists this beer as 34 ibu and 16 srm with a reddish color. Im pretty sure I

At the very least you'll want to purge any oxygen still in the keg. Keeping it at least a
little bit pressurized will also help maintain a seal. How long are you planning to keep it in
