I really like Kolsch for the summer. Personally I'm not into wit or Hef so I stick with Kolsch

I've done four kegs with a Dremmel and cut off wheels. Very little filing or sanding required
when done. It takes a little time (I imagine more than an angle grinder). First keg probably

pilsner malt all the way. I could always start with this and then use it to make other malts as
well. A little toasting here, add some water and a little cooking there. Lots of potential+1
