  • I got into brewing by having a large amount of spare time. Currently doing extracts/specialty grains. Plan on bumping to AG brews in the future, after trying some more easy brews. Currently have a bare-bones setup, but getting more fermenters.

    I did 6.6# lme, 1oz hallertauer (3/4oz at 60, 1/4oz at 15), and used WLP300 German Hefeweizen.

    I swirled the wort and got the yeast back up, waiting to see what happens. If it finishes,
    great, if not, I'm considering adding Danstar Nottingham next to see if that finishes it off.

    I think it's stopped because all activity has stopped, krausen has fallen completely, and the
    yeast are dropping down to the bottom of the primary, gravity of 1.020 has held for 2 days now.
