The beers initially had an oxidized flavor which cleared up after a few months of bottle

I'm brewing a BIG holiday beer with 1214. I used a 2.4L starter and it was bubbling within 3
hours, temp at 67F. Seems like making a proper starter and aerating will get this strain going
