  • I'm somewhat new to home brewing, as I'm currently starting again after doing about 4 kit brews in the past. I use a 6.5 gallon fermentation unit and currently bottling my brews using glass bottles and a capping unit.

    Brewing an Apricot Wheat. This will be my first wheat brewed as I'm not a huge fan of wheat
