I think it might be hard to keep the hop flavors from being muddled unless you use falconers.

I've gotten responses to an email about their pale ale. I can dig that up later if you want an
idea of their hopping but one thing they did say was you'll always regret not dry hopping a

Your beer will always look darker in bulk than it will once finished and in your glass. If you
pull out a sample it will probably be more like what you're expecting.
