- Married to a pretty understanding wife that let's me go with my love of music, my drums, homebrew, and all my other endeavours. Love my friend(especially the ones hanging out in my fermenters.) Brewing has become part off my life and household. I brewed 33 5 gallon batches my first year. I mostly do all grain brews. Do some wine, mead,ciders. Lo e it all. So feel free to hook up with me in any way. I wanna be a big part of the brewing community.

- Govt mule, led zeppelin, Beatles, clutch, down......just too vast to name anyone as my favorite. I like everything and let my mood pick at the particular time.
- Started with a handful of extract kits.....before I started I sniffed around a lot. Some friends through the web demanded I go all grain. I then did some brew in a bag batches. Then the understanding of mash and temperatures lead me to the mash tung. Did some fly sparging ,but decided batch sparge method is good enough. Through the last year I have collected about all I need from buckets to kettles to bottles. Now I'm just experimenting and keeping my eyes open to new ideas in my brewing. I'm making damn good brews an keeping my kegs full. I l

I have a 5 gallon batch going where I motts brand apple juice and I also used British ale yeast
when it is done fermenting I would like to back sweeten is there any way th is there any way
