    Interesting idea! I would think chickory would add roastiness, and might be used like roasted
    barley.Thanks--I will check at my homebrew store, saw roasted chicory granules on
    amazon....maybe do a cho...

    Yes--I brewed 4-5 different coffees and the turkish coffee in a french press came out with the
    flavor I wanted. The samples I mixed before bottling tasted great--keeping my fingers crossed!
