  • Well I had a girlfriend and no money. Now I homebrew and have no money. rnrnI brew all grain on a 3 tier setup using 1 bayou KAB6 burner, 2 converted keggles, and a 70qt Coleman Extreme cooler with a copper manifold. I don't have a general efficiency down yet, but I get anywhere between high 60s to mid 80s, so I need to really work on refining my process. rnrnI ferment in a temp controlled old freezer for initial fermentation, afterwards I let beers bulk age on my brewing shelf. rnrnI have all of my recipes over at brewers friend. http://www.brewersfriend.com/homebrew/brewer/1279/mjap52

How open are you guys to new buyers for the next round? We're pretty dry up here in Buffalo
since the Syracuse grain buy has stopped. We could probably fill a half pallet at a minimum.

Hi! I noticed your post: http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f73/pious-westvleteren-12-style-quad-multiple-147815/#post5103231 and you mentioned that you said you used half CSI d180 and half home made - can you tell me how much difference there was in flavour and what methods you used to create the home made candi syrup?

Thanks a ton!
