    ABOUT ME

  • Ashtabula
  • Insurance Agent
  • Tim Higgins
  • Got a starter kit as a gift of Christmas in 2009. Started my first batch on New Year's Eve. Bottled it on January 15th, 2010. (Sampled the mix...not bad.) Official tasting on January 29th...minimal carbonation (A little anxious...but had a sweeter taste!) Second Kit - Robust Porter (added Vanilla Extract) is in the works...carbonating in the bottles...time will tell.
  • Nut Brown Ale
  • Concord grape juice...no true measurements due to free frozen juice...figured what the heck and see what happens.
  • Light Ale; Vanilla Porter
  • Thinking about venturing this route...
