Made an amber. Grain was old. Missed my strike temp.... Over sparged....my water has high iron
content. etc etc etcAnyway so I got a weak, diacetyl slick tongue, and a metallic aftertaste.

It does amaze me that people who would never speak to another person impolitely have absolutely

Really, they have to be! I can't have drunk a keg in less than a week....I kegged a cream ale
hopped with cascade and in 5 days it was gone. Could explain my headaches and my *gaseous
