Yep, y ou could use something like a foam inhibitor like Foam Control of the Fermcap-S listed

I use it for peace of mind in a starter. Only need a 'pinch' so it lasts forever.WARNING: do

the 120 was fantastic. although half a bottle got me blitzed.I like the 60 better than the 90,

It's a yeast energizer. Like Servomyces(sp?). It's yeast hulls (dead yeast) and some other
