Here is what we ended up with last night brewing for the first time at a new location after

Stick a board under the bottle that's the same thickness as the amount of cork you want to
leave sticking out. Insert cork to bottle and then slide the board out, push the plunger the
rest of the way ...

Update-Opened one of the corked ceramic bottles over Fathers Day weekend. It had the same
carbonation as the same beer in traditional glass bottles. So that is pretty exciting, I have

The shelves are made out of "waste" slabs leftover from somebody milling juniper into lumber.

My first attempt at colored labels using Gimp, alot of inspiration on here as well as a label
