    I learned about home brewing from a TV Show, GOOD EATS. This is how the host cooled his wort
    down. I've done it like this from the start and have never had a problem.....

    I double checked the recipe. All good there. I went a head and made more sugar syrup and tried
    to sweeten some up.... Sweeter was NOT better. It was just nasty. Ill try the cherry and see
