Hey all,I made a batch and had no bubbles from my airlock. Seems the gasket on my bucket lid
has died. It's pretty darn flat. Anyone know where I can get a new gasket? I don't need to buy

I learned about home brewing from a TV Show, GOOD EATS. This is how the host cooled his wort

I double checked the recipe. All good there. I went a head and made more sugar syrup and tried
to sweeten some up.... Sweeter was NOT better. It was just nasty. Ill try the cherry and see
