Did you replace both of the rings? or just the top one? there is a ring that goes above and
below that "white plastic part" or the bearing cup.I only replaced the top o-ring, maybe the
    bottom on is th...

Has anyone had issues with their Perlick Perl 525SS leaking out of the top? I tried putting a
new o-ring around the little white plastic part as well and it didn't help at all. Has anyone

then rack to keg.My next question is, what is your opinion on cold crashing? I want this to be
    a hoppy IPA ...

When I rack to the keg, I start my siphon below the floating hops debris, and above the trub
and just lower the siphon as the level of the beer lowers. It works out very well, and I end up
    with clear ...

This is the fan I currently have in mine.I'm all for pre-assembled 120V fans that are ready to
go. I just cut the cord and solder on a longer one to reach the outlet outside my kegerator. Are
