Yes the Bonde Ale recipe from Brewing ClassicStyles. AllGrain mashed lowto get a thin mouthfeel

I wonder about this actually. Mint tea is steeped in near boiling water, and definitely

Grain is full of nasties. You should have boiled after you steeped.Or he could have pasteurized
the grains with the water he had already boiled at a 170 degree steep if he didn't want to add

Doesn't sound like infection to me since your beer tastes fine. I had similar issues getting

I'm also doing a collar build from white to black. I haven't done the painting yet but based on

Look close (pictures weren't taken to illustrate this. . . :D ) and you can see that the larger
1x6 is just a facade (even though it does hold the taps) - the collar itself is 2x4's. It's a
