    We don't ever filter our beer, nor use anything but kettle finings. Gravity, time and

    Chill, rack to kegs brite beer, force carbonate in the kegs one at a time, 40# CO2 for ~ 16.5
    minutes per 1/2 bbl. Easy peasy. Been doing it for a year now.

    It does work and works well. For our volumes - running off 61 gallons (hot measurement) into
    our kettles and firing the burner off with about 10 gallons in the boil kettle, it gets the
    wort to a boil ...
