    I've had beers go 24 hours before I saw activity. Especially with an older pack of yeast. If
    you don't have any backup yeast, I'd just wait and try to not worry to much about it.

    You mean you swap out lines between 7' and 20' or do you just have one tap at 7' and the other
    one at 20'?I swap out lines as the pressure changes with different batches.

    There is some flexibility there. I have 7' and 20' lines. Some people add plastic epoxy mixing
    inserts to their dip tube to adjust the flow rate.
