Will be fermenting in 6.5 gal Carboy. I don't mind the grassy flavors if I remember to take the
dry hop sock out before a week oh well. Thanks for everybody's input.

I have a 5 and 10 gal cooler, I did a lot of research and finally went with a copper manifold.
I sweated the pipes, a lot of people don't for the ease of cleaning but I haven't ran into any

well in Oklahoma so i really dont have much of a seclection, we have coop which is pretty good,
