The one that Yuengling makes is awesome IMHO, I drink those all the time. Guinness and Bass is
still the best combo though. And Black Castles rock. Might have to try the Smithwick's and

Soak the lemon peel in vodka for a day or two. The vodka will become a lemon essence and the
peels are safe to put in at this point too.I like the two for one idea.

I've been using seventh generation dish soap and one of those clothes that is meant for
cleaning the screens on a flat screen tv's. Works pretty good for me.

Being from NC myself, I took it for granted that you wanted to make a hard sweet tea. Hard to

I forgot to mention that I was going to let it carbonate for a couple of weeks, before sticking
it in the fridge. So far I like letting the beer age in the fridge rather than in the closet
