    Just brewed this recipe today, I don't know why, I had a problem with conversion of my
    grains.Mash for 60min, and got 1.037 OG.It's gonna be a light beer.

    I brewed an extract version 2 weeks ago, this yeast is a beast, fermented to 1.002 in like 3
    days.It was very cloudy, now it's starting to clear up. I should bottle it next week.
