OK I found a homebrew shop in Raleigh that is open today. I'll head down and get the CO2 so I

I thought since I am priming the beer with dextrose that this would make its own CO2. This is a

Brewed this up with my buddy today. We hit a nice 87% efficiency and I'm going to pitch it in a
few hours with Wyeast 1056 (once it gets down to 64 F). The sample tasted great--I can't wait
