- Began homebrewing in 1995. Took a break in or around 2002. Started again in 2012. Currently using a Coors potbelly "keggle", 100 BTU burner, igloo coolers and a Chugger pump. Kegging mostly with a few 5 gallon corny kegs and a 3 gallon corny for test brews and heavy winter ales/barleywines. Cheers!

I first used acid malt last year in a 10 gallon stout, but only used about 1.5% per the
suggestion of the proprietor of the LHBS. (He said a little goes a long way). Couldn't detect
