Sampled one today after only 7 days in the bottle it turned out amazing. Mango nose with a
bitter start and spicy crisp finish. I compare it to Fat Heads - Head Hunter less grapefruit

I use the 128oz ice wand. I start with an ice bath then slowly penetrate the wort with my huge
wand. I gently move it around clockwise and change directions intermittently. I usually come in

you would get better hop utilization if you added less columbus at 60 instead of 2oz at 40. Is

Also curious if this is a 5 gallon or 3 gallon batch. And does the kit come with dry hops
already. That ounce of whole leaf Citra in 5 gallons will be surprisingly aromatic. That being
said, in my IPA...
