About Me: New-ish to the whole thing, been trying to get more adventurous and try out different beers, wine, meads, etc.
Home Brewing Biography: Really wanted to brew for a long time, finally just took the plunge with an Oktoberfest from a kit, and I was hooked. Next up was a Summer Wit, currently looking to try more small batches where I can find my niche beverage.
Future Brews: I'd like to try some ancient meads, a berry cider for SWMBO, and some harder beverages I can store for 21 years for my son.
Primary: Berry Cider, Butternut Squash Mead.
Secondary: Currently empty.
Bottled: Sweet Potato Wine.
