So I got two 5 gal carboys of amber that have been in secondary since 1/30/12. So like a 43 day
secondary. Is this still going to be good to bottle? Or should I just pour it out? I brewed

42933This is after about 20 hours... There is really not much going on. I put 3/4 cup LME and

Make a starter and find out.Use some DME and make 1 Liter of a 1.040 wort and throw your yeast
in there. Do this the day before you brew or a few hours before. If the starter begins
