So I got two 5 gal carboys of amber that have been in secondary since 1/30/12. So like a 43 day
secondary. Is this still going to be good to bottle? Or should I just pour it out? I brewed
them on 1/10...

42933This is after about 20 hours... There is really not much going on. I put 3/4 cup LME and
1000ml of water. Boil for 15 min. Cooled to 75. And then pitched white labs British ale yeast.
