A ball lock valve isn't much. Mill + Grains & a weldless ball lock valve. My homebrew shop
offered to drill the hole for me if I brought my kettle in, so maybe you wouldn't have to buy
the step bit.

If a ball lock was placed high enough, theoretically you could always just tip the kettle to
get more without catching trub. I wish there was an affordable way to have a rotating racking

Hey all, I wired up a fridge from the internal thermostat to a stc-1000 and just wanted to make
sure the wire nut approach was ok inside a fridge. Or do the connections need to be
