    Just brewed 12 gallons of saison. 6 gallons regular and dry hopping with 3 oz Galaxy. Split the
    other 6 gallons into 3 gallon better bottles to get some funky dregs.

    I have had nice results using brett b fermenting with ale yeast in primary for about 6-7 days,
    then racking to keg. I add the brett in the keg and leave at room temp for 2-8 months,
    releasing pressure...
